If you’re considering counselling or have questions about whether working together might be a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Ready to Begin?
If you feel ready to start counselling, you’re welcome to book an initial session.
You don’t need a referral, and you don’t need to know exactly what you want to say before you come.
Your First Session
Your first session will normally last 90 minutes, giving us time to explore what has brought you to counselling, what has been happening in your life and what you would like support with.
A standard 60-minute session is also available if you prefer.

$165 - 60 minutes
$220 - 90 minutes

What happens next?
Once I receive your booking request, I’ll email you to confirm your appointment and provide the information you’ll need before your first session.
Payment & cancellation policy
This policy applies to all counselling appointments.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
The full session fee applies to appointments cancelled or rescheduled.
24–48 hours’ notice:
A 50% fee applies to appointments cancelled or rescheduled.
For Polish-speaking clients, counselling sessions can be conducted in Polish. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
